Wedding: Sarah + Mark = Devotion

It first started with an email inquiry. It then proceeded with a meeting in person. Next, there were a lot of smiles and affection in front of the camera. Then a friendship grew between us and the bride and groom. Now, Sarah and Mark are happily married and we're truly grateful to have had the opportunity to witness their life long commitment and promise to each other forever. Sarah and Mark has a special connection between them, and it is clear that they are devoted to each other and are very much in love. New Toy: Canon 100 f/2.8 macro

Here's another new addition to my Canon family! Having a macro lens in my wedding bag is essential for those close up ring shots!

SF Cityscape Part IV

So who doesn't know this infamous landmark? This picture of the Golden Gate Bridge was taken at Baker's beach. It was a typical chilly and foggy day in SF, and you can see the fog rolling through the tops of the bridge.

Belly Session with Terrel

I met Terrel over the phone after exchanging a couple emails, she randomly found my blog online and decided to schedule a maternity session with me! I had a blast during our photoshoot and I know her and Tom will make terrific parents! Thanks for giving me the wonderful opportunity to photograph a keepsake moment of your pregnancy! They'll be delivering at the hospital that I work at, wouldn't it be fun if I could be your labor and delivery nurse too!?

Pregnancy is such a beautiful thing, and Terrel looks amazing

SF Cityscape Part III

For fun, I snapped a random picture of the city's downtown buildings while I was driving through town one day and was stopped at a red light. I believe this is the corner of O'farrell and Market Street. Pretty cool eh?

Happy Chinese New Year of the Ox!

This is a particularly special year for Randy and I, because to those of you who don't already know, we are expecting our first baby :) To make it even more special on this day of Chinese New Year, we had our second official ultrasound and we were told we're having a boy!

In this 3D ultrasound photo, our baby may look like a little alien, but he's one cute alien to us!

SF Cityscape Part II

My weekly Friday SF Cityscape posting continues with a picture of Saints Peter and Paul Church in North Beach (thanks for the correction from a blog reader). This photography project mainly started when my good friend Robyn asked me to take black and white pictures of famous San Francisco landmarks so she could decorate her home with these photos. SF Cityscape Part I

TGIF! For the next consecutive fridays, I thought I'd post a picture of San Francisco's famous landmarks for all to see! For those of you who have never visited this beautiful city, this will be a chance to marvel at the architecture and landmarks that SF has to offer, and for me to practice my hand at landscape photography! The above picture is the famous Coit Tower in North Beach, it over looks the San Francisco waterfront.

E-session: Sarah + Mark

Over the weekend I met up with my young and vibrant couple, Sarah and Mark. These two are super sweet, loads of fun and really easy going! Even though it was my second time meeting them, it felt like we were long time friends! Thanks for a wonderful shoot, Randy and I look forward to photographing your wedding next month! For their engagement session, they decided to go to AT&T Park, where they spend a lot of time together watching the SF Giants :)

Bridal Shoot

You might remember my really good friend Robyn, who recently had her wedding in Las Vegas last year. When her wedding gown goes for cleaning and preservation, it will be sealed in a box and treasured forever until her kids will ask to see it one day :) So, she agreed to wear her gown one last time and we did a little bridal session!
