Mexico E-session with Nancy + Leon

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to catch up with my best friend Nancy and Leon while vacationing in Mexico! These two are seriously meant for each other, they are so alike in many ways and their relationship just seems to fit so perfectly. I really couldn't be happier that they're both taking the next step in marriage together. LOVE YOU BOTH!!!!

Mexico Family Session with the Estebans

This is somewhat a continuation of my previous blog post, except they're family photos that I took of Makki, Grace and their adorable daughter Kayla :) It was a short but fun session because we only had one hour of gorgeous lighting before the sunset and the chance to help each other take photos with fussy kids (more so Tyler than Kayla). I'm so glad we were finally able to hang out because Makki and Grace live in Vancouver and we've never had the opportunity on all our past visits. Hopefully that will change now that Tyler and Kayla are so fond of each other :)

Our family Portraits

On our trip to Mexico, we met up with our long time friends Makki and Grace who has a daughter, Kayla that's just a few months younger than Tyler. It was an instant bond between the pair since they were the only other family with a child. One evening we decided to help each other take some family photos around the resort and here are a few that they got for us using my 5D. I'll be posting a couple of their family pictures on my next blog...stay tuned!

What an awesome time we had last week with all our good friends in Akumal, Mayan Riviera to celebrate our friends Katrina and Benson's destination wedding! In the next week or two I'll be posting a family session, engagement session, and a few pictures of Bentrina's beach wedding :) For now, here are some color popping photos that I love so much about Mexico!

The first 4 photos were taken from my point and shoot Canon s60 on the resort we were staying at, barely any edits were done as the photo color and quality from this camera are truly amazing!

San Francisco Senior Portraits with Sierra

Last week the weather worked out just perfectly for Sierra's senior photos at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. Sierra rocked her photo session and these are just a few teaser pictures! Congratulations on your acceptance at UC Berkeley and UC Davis!

As this blog post is scheduled to go up, I will be taking off on Virgin American airlines to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico for a week! Hollaaaaa!!! This will be our last big family trip before baby#2 is due at the end of July :) We are excited to attend Katrina and Benson's Mexcio wedding as part of their bridal party!!! There will definitely be a big blog post with lots of pictures from our trip! FYI, my emails will be neglected for a week until we get back :)

Bath Time Fun

Need a fun activity with your toddler? The other day I purchased some Crayola non-toxic paint so Tyler could have some fun in the bath. The best part is that everything washed off so easily and he could make the biggest mess without me saying, "NO TYLER!" the whole time :) He was so preoccupied he barely even noticed that he got a haircut while painting away :)
